Responsibilities & Context:
Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction
Respond to customer inquiries
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport services, and local vendors to secure bookings and negotiate rates
Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders, and organize informational sessions
Lead and manage a team of assistants, guides, and volunteers for efficient service delivery
