Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assisting with hotel, resort, bus, train, and airline bookings
∎ Managing customer communication via phone, email, or social media
∎ Acting as a tour guide or providing guest support during trips when needed
∎ Contacting and maintaining relationships with transport companies, hotels, and resorts
∎ Creating and updating travel packages and information on the company website
∎ Entering and maintaining accurate customer and booking data on our systems and website
∎ Supporting digital marketing campaigns, especially on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
∎ Coming up with ideas to improve services and grow our agency's brand
∎ Helping in daily office operations and learning from real-world business tasks
∎ Pack Your Bag is a fast-growing travel agency based in Dhaka. We offer adventure tours, honeymoon packages, and custom travel experiences across Bangladesh and beyond. We're looking for a smart and enthusiastic Intern (All-Rounder) who is eager to learn and support every part of our travel business.
∎ Your Role Will Include:
