• Experience with ERP systems for transport and maintenance tracking.

• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance cycles, including preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Familiarity with production equipment and its integration with transport operations.

• Full-time residence at the factory premises is required, except during approved leave periods.

Vehicle Management & Maintenance

• Conduct regular inspections of all company vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.

• Identify and report mechanical issues; coordinate timely repairs and maintenance with workshops.

• Monitor vehicle mileage and fuel consumption; analyze performance trends and prepare reports.

Transport Documentation

• Maintain ERP for transport management and update vehicle logbooks with fuel, toll, conveyance, food, and workshop expenses.

• Keep accurate records of accidents and investigate root causes to recommend corrective actions.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure adherence to road and highway regulations, especially regarding safe parking practices.

• Liaise with law enforcement agencies to resolve transport-related issues and legal cases.

Delivery Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales personnel to gather delivery schedules and stock replenishment plans.

• Track delivery status by communicating with production, drivers and sales team as well as customer to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain comprehensive reports and statistical data on planning, vehicle movement, transport services, and customer orders.

• Prepare daily and monthly delivery report and vehicle maintenance report.

Order Processing & Communication

• Generate Delivery Notes (DN) and assign transport in the system to facilitate smooth delivery operations.

• Communicate daily with drivers, customers and relevant stakeholders via phone or email regarding product delivery updates and notices.
