• Maintaining the organization's fleet of vehicles, including maintenance and repairs.

• Daily monitor of vehicle movement and calculation of drivers pay and arrange to pay fuel payment through maintaining proper procedures.

• Ensuring that transportation services are cost-effective, efficient and reliable with ensure that Workshop related work.

• Must have knowledge on documentation related to vehicle management, including service logs, insurance and registration details including Tax Token, Route Permit, Fitness Certification etc. from BRTA time to time. 

• Collaborating with other departments and external stakeholders, such as vendors (workshop /transport), customers, and government agencies.       

• Planning and coordinating transportation routes and schedules to meet the organization's needs.

• Maintain the liaison with different transport agency for booking the vehicle and meet schedule for our goods delivery.     

• Managing and supervising transportation staff, including drivers and support personnel.

• Conduct safety & Security related activities e.g. daily checklist, Conduct and arrange Safety workshop/briefing for driver on monthly basis, Spot Vehicle checking etc.

• Keeping up to date with the latest transportation and security technologies and trends.

• Able to trouble shooting regarding Transport/Vehicle. Any other transportation related job assigns by the management.

• To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
