*Strong knowledge of transmission technologies (Fiber, Wireless, Mikrotik, etc.)

*Familiarity with Tools like OTDR, Signal Analyzers, and network monitoring platforms

*Excellent leadership and communication skills Must be needed.

*Must be field-ready and able to work under pressure

• Supervise transmission and field teams across designated zones
• Ensure timely of network outages and link issues.
• Train and guide junior technicians and field engineers
• Manage ISP transmission networks (Fiber, P2P/FTTX/DWDM/CWDM/100G).
• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission links.
• Monitor daily tasks and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance
• Lead field technicians and ensure smooth communication with the NOC team.
• Ensure minimum downtime and quick resolution of network outages.
• Maintaining All Data Base Existing Network and New Network.
• Planning & execute New network installation.
• Maintaining NTTN Connection With NTTN Operator.
• Maintain reporting to management on network health and team performance.
• Maintain reporting to management on network & pop health and team performance

• Tour allowance,Mobile bill
