Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• B.Sc. in CSE, ICE, ETE, ECE, or EEE from any reputed university.

• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA (Preferable).

• Age At least 26 years

Core Responsibilities:

• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF in multi-vendor environments (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper).

• Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, MikroTik, and other leading networking L2/L3 devices and L2/L3 VPN, IPsec-VPN.

• Experience in different types of Switching Service (VLAN, TRUNKING, VTP, STP, RSTP etc.) and GPON OLT, ONU etc, troubleshoot client-side and PoP-related issues.

• Design, implement, and maintain core network infrastructure, Ensure high availability, redundancy, and scalability of the ISP’s backbone.

• Handle IP allocation, routing table optimization, and traffic policy enforcement.

• Optimize routing for performance, stability, and efficient traffic engineering.

  Monitoring & Troubleshooting

• Configure & Monitor network health/FTTx using tools like The Dude, Zabbix, MRTG, or SolarWinds.

  Communication & Relationship Management

• Handle escalations, troubleshoot client-side network issues, and recommend improvements.

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.

• Provide technical support & Coordinate with distributors, resellers, and corporate clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

  Team Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and support team skill development.
