Responsibilities & Context:
Acquiring New customers (Home & Resell/Mac).
Generating sales through Door-to-Door Marketing and Field Visits.
Informing customers about internet packages and services in detail.
Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
Retail Marketing & Sales of Internet Service Provider(ISP) related services.
Ensuring that sales targets are met, Organizing sales visits to optimize business goals.
Establishing new business proposals, creating new clients to increase sales volume.
Liaison with existing clients, Monitor and report client expectation and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Adequate knowledge of ISP market / IT and the ability to analyze the market.
