Job Context:
∎ WAVE Foundation is a national NGO has been working in the domain of Sustainable Livelihood, Democratic Governance and Social Development & Climate Resilience since 1990. WAVE invites application from the potential candidates for the following position of `Economic Enhancement through Strengthening Beef and Goat Market System (2nd Phase)` Project at Puthia Upazila, Rajshahi funded by HEIFER International.
∎ Employment Status: Full time project staff.
∎ Job Location: Puthia, Rajshahi.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly training plan; Develop quality training materials like poster, flip chart etc.;
∎ Facilitate training for project beneficiaries and cooperative effectively and efficiently;
∎ Prepare training report;
∎ Assist CF to facilitate quality training delivery related to social and economic area;
∎ Facilitate need base technical training and workshop;
∎ Build strong relationship and maintain liaison with Upazila level GO, NGO, Elites & Youth;
∎ Assist Heifer program team in the field during field visit and share information freely, organize field visit of external visitor when necessary;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports timely.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in developing IGA, small entrepreneurship and value chain on agriculture and livestock areas.
∎ Experience in the area of NGO sectors
∎ Experience in training facilitation
∎ Good presentation skills
∎ Report writing skills
∎ Fluency in Bengali and moderate in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
