Position Overview:

The Training Officer (Sales) is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programmes that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees, field agents, and retail partners. The role ensures consistent communication of company policies, product knowledge, and service standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing employees, Business Partners (BPs), shop owners, field staff, and retail partners

  • Design and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and SOP guides

  • Deliver product and process training (e.g., EMI, sales techniques, customer handling, POS operation)

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements

  • Maintain training records, attendance, and performance evaluation reports

  • Coordinate with HR, Sales, and Operations teams to align training with business goals

  • Support the rollout of new product launches, campaigns, and operational updates through training

  • Provide feedback and continuous coaching to enhance employee and partner performance

  • Prepare periodic training reports and share insights with management


Location: Gulshan, Dhaka


Required Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or L&D (Fintech/FMCG preferred)


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and training tools

  • Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness
