Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s Degree (essential)
∎ Minimum 1 year experience in a teaching training or coaching position (essential)
∎ Experience working with Adult Learners (Strongly desired)
∎ Previous experience working in a paramedical or public health environment (desired)
∎ Previous experience with MSF or another NGO (desired)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and coordinate the logistics and administrative activities needed for learning activities such as distribution materials, equipment requests, transport arrangements, obtaining the material approval of other partners, etc.
∎ Participate in the creation of any training material developed by the departments, including translating documents into local language; perform initial editing and proofreading and keeping the training materials available.
∎ Gather information on the learning activities (with pre-post-test evaluations, feedback from participants), and report problems, success and constraints.
∎ Prepare and gather documents for the selection process of participants.
∎ Support his/her supervisor in performing training needs assessments, determining appropriate content and target groups for training, ensuring the continued improvements and preparing a calendar of trainings to ensure the coverage of the training needs and maintain high standards of quality.
∎ Assist the Facilitator/Trainer in delivering training courses and may deliver training course himself/herself when required.
∎ Carry out supply management (orders, follow-up of the stock, storage conditions, inventories, consumption, etc.) in his or her department, in order to satisfy the needs of material with efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Support HR Department: assist recruitment process with HRM; Facilitate induction for new staff; Conduct Exit Interviews ; Translate documents and conversations when needed; provide reports when needed
∎ Build a supportive and collaborative learning culture across the mission such as share training announcements with staffs, develop training modules & facilitate the trainingEnsure proper induction and on-boarding of new Staff includes organize L&D briefing along with other briefings are being done with all relevant departments, proper documentation of Induction and onboarding of all newly joined staff and previous staff members.
∎ Support National Staff growth and development includes support supervisors & managers on Gap analysis & SMART objective setup, guide staff and supervisors on performance reviews, share all required L&D tools & online training materials or links with staffs, ensure training Home Assignments & post training evaluations are being completed
∎ Maintain Institutional Memory includes collect training reports every month from all departments, preparing monthly Training Activity Report, Share Monthly training database, ensure all completed staff trainings are updated in Homere every month, support project HR Manager and L&D Manager during Annual Country, Planning, suport staffs to participate in any external training and maintain record
∎ Administrative Follow Up includes responsible for preparing internal orders related to L&D activities, work in collaboration with supply and logistics team in order to ensure logistics and materials support relevant to the L&D department and learning initiatives.

∎ Age at least 22 years

Salary: Tk. 52730 (Monthly)
