Job Context:
∎ Job Duration: Up to February, 2026
∎ Dhaka (Frequent field Visits in Gazipur, Savar and required area)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Training for garment workers & management
∎ Responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the activities in the project
∎ Arranging meetings with Garments' Factory Management
∎ Conduct Training for garment workers & management
∎ Conduct different surveys with garment workers & managers
∎ Prepare the IEC materials for Training as per project needs
∎ Reporting, documentation and communication.
∎ Responsible for doing any other job recommended by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in NGO preferably in the RMG sector
∎ Working experience as a trainer will be preferred
∎ Computer Skills: MS Word & Excel, and can use the internet for communication purposes
∎ Skills in preparing reports
∎ Ability to work under pressure and dual/multi-management
∎ English Language proficiency both in written and speaking
Salary: Tk. 26000 - 30000 (Monthly)
