∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct need assessment, skill evaluation and recommend the appropriate training based on assessment
∎ Develop annual staff training plan
∎ Conduct training sessions on child protection, case management & referral pathway, core humanitarian standards, gender, human rights and other related subjects
∎ Provide support in identifying community needs and ensure annual training plan activities
∎ Train staff and volunteer to ensure quality of work in the field
∎ Monitor and implement relevant tools in training session
∎ Maintain record of the training database and training library
∎ Prepare report on training, session, workshop
∎ Coordinate with relevant organization and ensure the CBCPC and PCGC member are well trained on CPiE and other protection issues
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Ability to work with people of various backgrounds, culture and religion
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications
