Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree from any recognised university with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct capacity development training and workshops for community groups, Shastho Kormi
∎ Ensure that yearly targets for trainings and workshops are achieving maintaining high standard
∎ Assist in capacity development needs assessment of Shastho Kormi, Fogger Machine Man, community groups, youth and adolescents
∎ Designing and expanding training methods based on the needs of the organisation and the individual.
∎ Considering the costs of planned programmes and keeping the training expenditure
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes using surveys, questionnaires, interviews and by observation, in order to plan future courses or to amend existing ones
∎ Maintain necessary documentation and prepare monthly training reports
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Minimum 03 years of working experience with NGOs or international development organisation as similar position
