Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Agriculture from any reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess Training Needs of employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.
∎ Prepare regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Head of Training.
∎ Design, develop, organize, conduct & evaluate all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of business division.
∎ Ensure appropriate faculty, training tools, equipments, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.
∎ Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
∎ Assist Training Manager to Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Training reports.
∎ Compile & maintain all documents & records of training programs.
∎ Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining Quality Management System.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
∎ Comfortable in public speaking
