Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for project Training, M&E/MIS activities.
∎ Ensure regular tracking and evaluating of valid, reliable and timely data.
∎ Conduct project trainings for staff, CV and beneficiaries.
∎ Provide the lead on completing M&E related documents, plans, reports in support of the PC deadlines & deliverables to authorities.
∎ Ensure accountability, accuracy & maintain activity implementation within project document.
∎ Monitor the program activities and responsible for coordination, collection and compilation of data on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/quarterly or as decided by the management).
∎ Participate in meetings on M&E, & with other relevant stakeholders.
∎ You are responsible to assist in developing plans of effectively M&E systems developed for the project.
∎ Assist to write Report and presentation.
∎ Assist to develop systems to preserve and store data and information in soft and hard copies and support M&E in preserving and storing data and information with appropriate labeling.
∎ Carryout all the project/general activities towards achieving project/organizational goals and objectives.
∎ Coordinate staff under you to organize monthly, quarterly and annual planning.
∎ Rapport building and keep regular communication with the stakeholders.
∎ Undertake regular monitoring and coordination with stakeholders.
∎ To ensure the selection criteria are well understood by the team and the programme participants.
∎ Conduct regular field visit to monitor physical progress and accountability & compliance issues are addressed in line with the implementation strategy.
∎ Conduct different training/workshop/seminar/meeting.
∎ Project Duration: Up to 30 April 2020. (possibility to extension)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 5 years working experiences in training and monitoring
∎ Have clear understanding on training, monitoring and reporting skill.
∎ Have data analytical skill.
∎ Have a clear understanding and working experience with multi-partners and stakeholder to keep in a platform in a professional manner.
∎ Demonstrated inter-personal, negotiation and multi-tasking skills.
∎ Good time management skill and ability to work with minimum supervision
∎ Practicing innovation/creativity and achieving quality results and service.
∎ Good proficiency in English, both written and verbal
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and PowerPoint presentation
∎ Have sound knowledge on statistical analysis of data using SPSS / other statistical package.
∎ Good report writing and documentation ability
∎ Interested to frequent field visit.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 66000 (Monthly)
