• Minimum of 7 years of experience in training coordination, capacity building, or a similar role.

• Experience in water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) projects is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to design training modules, agendas, and learning materials.

• Strong command of English—especially in report writing, donor communication, and presentations.

• Experience in organizing and managing events such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

• Proficiency in using online platforms, software tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a track record of meeting deadlines.

Job Context:

• WaterCredit Adoption (WCAD) is an innovative model developed by Water.org to expand access to affordable financing for safe water and sanitation for people at the bottom of the pyramid (BoP). The program`s core objective is to implement and scale a dedicated water and sanitation financing portfolio.

• Under the WCAD project implemented with TMSS, the organization serves as the lead partner responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of partner Microfinance Institutions (MFIs). The WCAD program focuses on building the capacity of these partner MFIs to launch and expand their own sustainable "WaterCredit" loan portfolios, ultimately empowering thousands of bottom of the pyramid (BoP) and low-income families to meet their water and sanitation needs.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Design & Development

• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training modules, plans, schedules, and agendas tailored to the needs of the program, partner MFIs and their staff.

• Material Creation: Assist in creating a wide range of high-quality training and event materials, including presentations, manuals, digital content, and other learning aids.

2. Facilitation & Implementation

• Lead Trainer & Facilitator: Guided by Program Manager, act as the lead facilitator for key events, including workshops, seminars, Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

• Event Coordination: Organize the logistics and execution of all capacity-building events under the program.

• Timely Execution: Ensure all capacity-building and training activities are completed on time and within the project`s scope and schedule.

3. Technical Support & Quality Assurance

• WASH Technical Guidance: Provide essential technical support and guidance to partner MFIs on WASH related topics to ensure the quality and sustainability of the solutions being financed.

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training activities, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

• Reporting & Communication: Compile and review training reports from partners and contribute to donor reports and other project communications related to capacity-buildingactivities.

Job Location: TMSS Head Office, Dhaka (with frequent field visits).

Employment Status: Project-based (Contractual).

• Salary: Monthly BDT 60,000/-, plus festival bonus, travel allowance, mobile and internet bills, and other benefits as per TMSS policy.
