∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology
∎ Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in Biology.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Minimum of 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 5 years as a Regional Sales Manager or higher.
∎ Proven experience in training and coaching field sales personnel.
∎ Excellent knowledge of pharmaceutical products, including modes of action, therapeutic uses, and safety profiles.
∎ Strong product detailing skills and the ability to train others in effective product communication.
∎ Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
∎ Willingness to travel as required for field training and assessments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, develop, and execute training programs for new and existing sales personnel.
∎ Conduct product knowledge, selling skills, and product detailing training sessions.
∎ Assess training needs by consulting with management and evaluating results.
∎ Provide on-the-job coaching and performance feedback to the sales team.
∎ Prepare training materials, manuals, and assessment tools.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
∎ Coordinate with sales heads to align training with company objectives.

∎ Position Summary :
∎ The Training Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening the capabilities of our field force. The ideal candidate must be a science graduate, have hands-on experience in pharmaceutical sales, and have served at least as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM). Prior experience in training and developing field sales teams (On-Job) is essential.
