Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across departments and job roles.
∎ Collaborate with managers and subject matter experts to determine specific skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
∎ Analyze training requirements and align them with organizational goals and strategies.
∎ Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including learning objectives, curriculum, and training materials.
∎ Determine appropriate training methods and delivery formats, such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, or blended learning approaches.
∎ Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, job aids, and assessments.
∎ Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, venue selection, and equipment setup.
∎ Communicate training schedules, invitations, and reminders to participants.
∎ Ensure all necessary resources and materials are available for training sessions.
∎ Arrange for trainers or facilitators, whether internal or external, and provide necessary support for their effective delivery.
∎ Conduct training sessions and workshops, delivering content effectively to participants.
∎ Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment through various instructional techniques.
∎ Answer participant questions, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance and support as needed.
∎ Monitor training sessions to ensure adherence to established learning objectives and training standards.
∎ Develop and implement evaluation mechanisms to measure training effectiveness.
∎ Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess training impact and make improvements.
∎ Analyze training evaluation data and prepare reports on training outcomes and recommendations for continuous improvement.
∎ Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and participant feedback.
∎ Manage training administration tasks, including registrations, certifications, and training records.
∎ Coordinate with HR or relevant departments to ensure accurate employee training records are maintained.
∎ Monitor training budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective training solutions.
∎ Stay updated on training industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Proven experience in training coordination or related roles.
∎ Must have experience in Government trainings.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in training program design and development.
∎ Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
∎ Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and subject matter experts.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret training evaluation data.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
