Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduate degree in any discipline. Preferably in Development Studies, Social Science or any other relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training needs assessment (TNA) of relevant actors.
∎ Support training expert in developing training courses and subsequent manuals/modules based on TNA.
∎ Facilitate training courses.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicant should have at least 5 year(s) equivalent experience in microfinance program.
∎ Design and develop training courses and subsequent manuals/modules through TNA.
∎ Organize, conduct and facilitate training, workshop, orientation program and support Field Coordinator/Field Officer in organizing and facilitating training courses.
∎ Participate in different trainings, meetings and workshops.
∎ Prepare and submit training reports periodically.
∎ Follow up the impact of trainings.
∎ Computer literacy in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and community consultation skills.

Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly holiday 2 days.
∎ Festival bonus: 2.5 of basic salary (2 for religious Festival 0.5 for Bengali New Year), Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, and Leave Benefits will be entitled as per organizational policy.
