Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture

• MSc in Agriculture. (Degree in any subject related on Agriculture or any relevant subject).

• At least 8 years

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Excellent command on communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Excellent computer operating skills & conversation with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital reporting tools.

• Provide technical support for projects through regular field visits, supervision, and follow-up of ongoing activities and Microfinance project Loan disbursement related activities.

• Conduct training, orientation, and refresher sessions for project participants to strengthen their technical knowledge and skills.

• Facilitate the dissemination and adoption of project technologies at the farmers’ level.

• Lead awareness-raising and capacity-building initiatives to promote practices.

• Oversee the projects to support Microfinance Projects activities.

• Maintain effective relationships with Members and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and achievement of project outputs at the field level.

• Develop strategic partnerships and networks with relevant local stakeholders to enhance programmed reach and sustainability.

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of field-level programmed activities.

• Assist in planning, budgeting and coordinating field-level activities to ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities.

• Identify challenges, risks, and emerging issues in field operations and provide practical solutions or escalate them to supervisors for timely action.

• Collect, analyze, and document field data, lessons learned, and success stories to support evidence-based decision-making and knowledge sharing.

• Support the integration of gender and social inclusion considerations in  Project activities.

• Coordinate with research institutions, extension services, and private sector actors to promote innovation and technology transfer.

• Monitor the performance of projects and Member groups to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with project standards, organizational policies, and environmental safeguards.

• Contribute to periodic progress reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Any other tasks, duties, or specific tasks assigned by the Supervisor and management of the organization.

• Salary Review: Yearly

• Probation Period 3/6 Month.

• Probation Period consolidated Salary 70,000/-tk, After confirmation salary will be 78,211/-tk per month.

• Festival bonus: 2.5

• Other`s as per Organization Policy .

• Salary and other admissible benefits (if any) are inclusive of all taxes as imposed by the government of Bangladesh. Taxes will be deducted at sources as per government rules.
