Responsibilities & Context:

Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily financial transactions and proper documentation

  • Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, and bills

  • Generate monthly and annual financial reports

  • Perform bank reconciliation and manage cash flow

  • Assist in tax and VAT-related activities

  • Maintain Daily fretty cash

  • Work with google sheet

HR Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes

  • Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and performance

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time

  • Support employee training and development programs

  • Ensure implementation of company policies and maintain a healthy work environment
