Experience:

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Fazil (Madrasah Pass) in Quranic Science
• Bachelor/Honors

Quran Hafeez or Degree of Quranic Science .

• 2 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 40 years
• Only Male

🛡️ 1. Child Protection & Safeguarding

• Ensure safety, dignity, and well-being of all children (especially orphans)

• Identify and respond to any form of abuse, neglect, or exploitation

• Implement child protection policies aligned with Islamic values

• Maintain confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive cases

📚 2. Education Monitoring (Hifz & Madrasa)

• Monitor students’ academic progress in Hifz and Madrasa education

• Coordinate with teachers (Hafiz, Qari, Madrasa instructors)

• Arrange regular exams, assessments, and performance tracking

• Ensure discipline and moral development according to Islamic teachings

📁 3. Documentation & Record Management

• Maintain individual files for each child (academic, health, personal data)

• Keep records updated (attendance, performance, reports)

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management

👶 4. Child Care & Welfare

• Supervise daily care (food, hygiene, accommodation)

• Ensure children’s physical and mental well-being

• Identify vulnerable children and provide extra support

🧠 5. Psychosocial & Moral Support

• Provide basic counselling and emotional support

• Promote Islamic character building (Akhlaq, discipline, honesty)

• Create a safe and supportive environment for children

🧭 6. Coordination & Supervision

• Work closely with caregivers, teachers, and management

• Supervise hostel/madrasa environment

• Support field visits and child follow-up activities

📢 7. Community & Guardian Communication

• Maintain communication with guardians (if applicable)

• Handle complaints or concerns professionally

• Raise awareness about child protection and Islamic values

📜 8. Compliance & Policy Implementation

• Follow NGO policies and donor requirements

• Ensure activities comply with both child protection standards and Islamic principles

• Assist in audits, monitoring, and evaluations
