    • Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
  • Good knowledge about NTVQF & BNQF Training System.      

  • CBT Level & Several language known is preferable.

●        Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

●        Must be handle at least 500 hundred students’

●        Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

●        Proficient in learning management systems (LMS) and good IT skill.

●        Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

The Training Center Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the training facility, managing staff and instructors, coordinating training programs, and ensuring that all activities meet the organization’s educational standards and strategic goals. The role involves planning, organizing, and evaluating training programs to meet clients' or employees’ learning and development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

●        Oversee the overall administration and operations of the training center.

●        Must be familiar with ERP software

●        Design, implement, and evaluate training programs based on client or employee needs.

●        Recruit, supervise, support trainers, instructors and administrative staff.

●        Maintain high-quality training delivery standards across all programs.

●        Develop and manage the training center budget, including resources and materials.

●        Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management.

●        Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and regulations.

●        Promote the training center and its programs through marketing and outreach strategies.

●        Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

●        Maintain training schedules, records, and documentation accurately.

●        Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support learning goals.
