Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Science, Accounting, or a related field.

Additional Requirements: Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in conducting training/workshops, preferably in the development or NGO microfinance sector.
- Experience working with community-based organizations or donor-funded projects will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to design participatory training materials.
- Good command of MS Office, especially MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with excellent typing speed in both Bangla and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently to field locations.
- Skill in soft skills
Responsibilities & Context: Background:
Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a non-profit development organization established in 1981. RIC is committed to empowering marginalized communities through programs in education, health and nutrition, rights, food and livelihood development, Emergency Relief and Humanitarian Assistance, capacity building, Environment and Climate Change Adaptation, and socio-economic empowerment. We are looking for some motivated and skilled Trainers to support our capacity development initiatives across field operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and orientations for field-level staff, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
- Develop training materials/manuals in Bangla and English, ensuring alignment with program goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA), prepare training calendars, and budget.
- Ensure proper documentation of training activities, including attendance, evaluation, and feedback.
- Prepare training presentation and reports.
- Coordinate with program teams, stakeholders, and resource persons for effective training delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate training impact and recommend improvements.

Salary & Benefits:
• Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
