∎ B.Sc./Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide result-driven training among the affected people in the Payra Port project area.
∎ Work Location: Kalapara, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Deputy Team Leader
∎ Department: Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ To provide training by using innovative methods among heterogeneous group.
∎ To develop course outlines, instruction guidelines, and handouts for the participants.
∎ To conduct both theory and practical classes on Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
∎ To have sufficient knowledge of assembling and installing air conditioning, refrigeration units and components.
∎ To have skill in repairing refrigerator and air condition.
∎ To evaluate training by using practical tools and make participants capable for work practically.
∎ To ensure the safety of the participants.
∎ To act as in-process inspector where required.
∎ To visit field frequently at the door-step of the participants.
∎ To write training completion report and to maintain documentation properly.
∎ To perform any other activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A good command in in correct Bengali.
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience on relevant field.
∎ Willingness to stay in remote area.
∎ Reasonably good in computer literature.
∎ 3 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund).
Salary: Negotiable
