Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a `to go` and a passionate team member who is competent to provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Work Location: Kolapara, Patuakhali District.
∎ Reporting To: Deputy Team Leader (Training)
∎ Department: Program
∎ Contract Duration: 3 months (Contract may be extend depend on availability of fund).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide effective training among affected people in project area.
∎ Must have advanced skills on creating pipe installation plans, conducting quality control and fixing pipe system.
∎ To create course outlines and writes instruction and review handouts for each of the different course.
∎ Should teach by innovative methods.
∎ Fabricate Piping System Components Based on Blueprints.
∎ Inspect the Quality of Piping System Components.
∎ Repair Existing Piping Systems & Installation new piping system.
∎ Perform Regular Maintenance Examinations on Piping Systems.
∎ Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment.
∎ To instruct in a good manner that develops participants' confidence in their abilities.
∎ To evaluate training by evaluating effectiveness of training to specific job application.
∎ To ensure the safety of the participants.
∎ Appropriately handle all repairs and testing equipment.
∎ Act as in-process inspector where required.
∎ Required frequent field visit capability.
∎ Report writing capacity.
∎ Documentation maintaining capability.
∎ Any other activities as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience and trained on pipe fitting.
∎ Required field visit capability.
∎ Reasonably good in computer literature and experience.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per Organizational policy (Negotiable)
