∎ Diploma (Vocational)
∎ S.S.C /Diploma/short course in Tailoring from a reputed institute.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 3 years' work experience in similar position.
∎ Experience in pattern cutting, sewing, industrial sewing machine operating, community mobilization, beneficiary selection, input distribution and training delivery.
∎ Skill on developing handicrafts items bag making.
∎ Work experience in emergency response project/ Rohingya camps.
∎ Must be able to speak the local Chittagong language·
∎ Previous work experience in sewing production unit.
∎ Experience in maintaining production line and beneficiary.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good team player.
∎ Willing to work in any camps in Bhasanchar·
∎ Punctual and good at time management and strong relationship building skills.
∎ Understanding of protection issues facing our beneficiaries.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in Bengali·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Keep update the production and raw materials stock book & maintain the storeroom.
∎ Conduct skill development training for participants.
∎ Participate in meetings, events organized by other stakeholders and represent the project and Cordaid.
∎ Proper maintain of the production area and all participants, ensuring proper maintenance of the sewing machines.
∎ Supervise the bag making process of the trainees and keep records of the amount of production per day.
∎ Quality check of everyday production, pattern cutting, and new product develop.
∎ Organize non-residential tailoring training courses/ refresher training sessions at camp level for the Rohingya beneficiaries.
∎ Ensuring availability of processed materials for the trainees for bag production
∎ Adheres to the Code of Conduct and integrity policies, reports concern and follows regular integrity trainings.
