Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B. Sc. Eng. in Leather/Footwear/Leather Products with 2 years of practical experience in the industry; or
∎ Graduation/Diploma in above-mentioned area with 5 years experience in the industry.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Footwear and Leather goods Design Development with CADCAM (FLDDCC)

Job Context:
∎ "Skills for Employment Investment Program" SEIP-LFMEAB project is urgently looking for fulltime employees for various positions for its LFMEAB CAD CAM CELL at Chandra, Gazipur.
∎ Lead Trainer of "Footwear & Leather goods Design & Development with CAD-CAM (FLDDCC)" will be responsible for conduction of entire training program by providing following supports:
∎ Job Type: Contractual
∎ Job Duration: up to project period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training theoretical sessions following lesson plan, CS, CBLM, and assist trainer (demonstrator) in conducting practical sessions, in case of unavailability of trainer (demonstrator) conduct practical sessions;
∎ Ensure trainee attendance in class & TMS properly and follow-up absent/drop-out trainees;
∎ Participate actively in trainee selection committee to ensure proper trainee selection and prepare batch data for TMS upload;
∎ Conduct/assist distribution of training materials received from PIU and TCs to trainees;
∎ Work closely with CIC for training quality assurance and overall management of training;
∎ Conduct periodic formative assessment, and assist external assessors for conducting final assessment;
∎ Assist CIC for certification of competent trainees and accountant-cum-computer operator at TC regarding trainee allowance and in preparing related documentation;
∎ Maintain liaison and provide full cooperation to all relevant stakeholders;
∎ Provide necessary support to PIU staffs and external monitoring visitors (e.g., QAD, SEIP, ADB, and DPDS) to visit and monitor the program;
∎ Support job placement and tracking related task, assist Coordinator and Asst. Coordinator (Job Placement, Database & Procurement) with job placement and related documentations;
∎ Ensure proper harmony of training related documents, registers and submit batch closing reports to PIU along with necessary documents;
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator, Coordinators, and Asst. coordinators.

∎ Knowledge and skills in IT are essential.
