Job Overview
The Centre Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the European Medical University Admission Centre. This role requires strategic oversight of admissions counseling, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and student engagement across Bangladesh and target countries (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, UAE, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman). The Centre Manager will ensure smooth execution of promotional activities, student recruitment targets, and overall brand positioning in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee daily operations of the Admission Centre, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards.
Manage student inquiries, counseling sessions, and application processing.
Maintain accurate records of student admissions, conversions, and follow-ups.
Marketing & Promotion
Implement the year-round promotional campaign plan (social media, billboards, fairs, PR).
Coordinate with marketing teams to execute Facebook, Google, YouTube, and magazine campaigns.
Supervise design and distribution of visual content and promotional materials.
Business Development
Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and universities in target countries.
Represent Universities at international education fairs and expositions.
Develop strategies to expand student recruitment pipelines.
Financial & Revenue Oversight
Monitor campaign budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Track revenue targets and student enrollment numbers to achieve break-even and profitability.
Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise admission counselors and support staff.
Foster a collaborative, student-focused culture within the Centre.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
PR & Communication
Liaise with local newspapers, online portals, and healthcare/career magazines for PR coverage.
Represent the Centre in media interviews and public forums.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
