Responsibilities & Context:
Student Counseling & Career Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to students and parents regarding academic paths, university options, admission requirements, and career choices.
Application & Visa Processing: Assist with the preparation, review, and submission of university applications, CVs, and statements of purpose. Guide students through visa documentation, interview preparation, and compliance with immigration policies.
Documentation Support: Review and verify all necessary documents for admission and visa processing.
Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with international partner universities and educational institutions.
Marketing & Recruitment: Promote services through educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and social media to attract prospective students.
Documentation & Follow-up: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, application statuses, and follow-ups.
Performance Targets: Meet qualitative and quantitative targets set by the company, including enrolment targets.
Key Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in student counseling or education consultancy.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and local languages.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of international education systems and visa regulations.
