• Master of Science (MSc)

• At least 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): College, Hospital, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Diagnostic Centre

• Age 35 to 50 years

• Experience handling international MBBS student admissions

• Familiarity with BMDC guidelines and university affiliation processes

• Ability to coordinate student services including hostel and campus facilities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

1. Manage the end-to-end admission process for the MBBS program

2. Counsel prospective students and guardians on MBBS eligibility, admission procedures, and career pathways in medical education

3. Provide detailed information regarding student amenities, including hostel facilities, accommodation arrangements, campus services, and student support systems

4. Ensure compliance with BMDC, Ministry of Health, and affiliated university regulations

5. Verify and maintain admission documents, records, and student files

6. Coordinate with academic, administrative, and hostel management teams for smooth student onboarding

7. Handle and resolve admission and accommodation-related queries

8. Maintain accurate admission databases, reports, and documentation

9. Support management in admission planning and process improvement
