Responsibilities & Context:
1. Prepare and maintain books of accounts;
2. Deduct and Deposit Tax and VAT from payments;
3. Assist trainees to open mobile bank account and send disbursement request to PIU for training allowance disbursement;
4. Assist PIU finance team by providing Conveyance and Tiffin Allowances disbursement related document;
5. Prepare Bank reconciliation report in every month and submit SoE to PIU
6. Prepare trainee data for TMS and Finman input;
7. Preserve financial records and documents.
8. Any other task assigned by CIC and Lead Trainer
