• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the Cambridge Early Years framework .

• Support holistic child development, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.

• Observe, assess, and document children’s developmental progress regularly.

• Foster strong, positive communication with parents regarding children’s learning and development.

• Encourage creativity, curiosity, independence, and problem-solving skills among learners.

• Implement Cambridge curriculum standards effectively in classroom practices.

• Manage classroom behavior with patience, empathy, and consistency.

• Organize and participate in school events, activities, and collaborative teamwork.

• Plan and conduct creative activities such as storytelling, arts, and games.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by line manager/Supervisor.
