This role is responsible for driving student recruitment growth and expanding the market presence of Brit Academy London in Chittagong. The Business Development Manager will act as the key point of contact for local partners and play a critical role in achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a local business development and student recruitment strategy

• Identify, onboard, and manage education agents, schools, and institutional partners

• Build a strong pipeline of prospective students for pathway programmes

• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets

• Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to generate leads

• Provide accurate counselling to students on UK pathway programmes and progression routes

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert them into confirmed enrolments

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights

• Prepare and submit regular reports on performance, pipeline, and activities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and partner requirements
