Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide detailed and accurate counselling to students regarding courses, universities, entry requirements, application procedures, and visa guidance for UK, Australia, Denmark, Sweden, and Malaysia.
∎ Conduct initial assessments of students' academic profiles and advise suitable options accordingly.
∎ Assist students throughout the application and admission processes including documentation, university applications, and visa applications.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in admission and visa requirements for the target countries.
∎ Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
∎ Participate in promotional activities like education fairs, seminars, and webinars.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application statuses in CRM systems.
∎ Meet monthly targets for student counselling and university applications.
∎ Ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to application to enrolment.
∎ Provide post-application and pre-departure support to students.
∎ Handle any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
