Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary
The Education Counsellor will assist students in selecting suitable courses, applying to universities, and guiding them through the admission and visa processes for UK, Australia, and Malaysia. The role requires strong counselling skills, updated knowledge of international education pathways, and the ability to meet enrolment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counselling to students about study opportunities in the UK, Australia, and Malaysia.
Assist with applications, documentation, and visa preparation.
Maintain strong relationships with partner universities.
Ensure timely follow-up and support throughout the student journey.
Achieve set admission and sales targets.
Keep updated records in CRM systems.
Attend education fairs and events as required.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
