Experience:

1.    Ensure all the necessary arrangement as would be required to accomplish the training program in accordance with this MoU.

2.    Arrange necessary advertisement procedure for collecting the trainees;

3.    Arrange and participate in trainees’ selection process;

4.    Conduct procurement as per PPA 2006 & PPR 2008.

5.    Ensure all sorts of physical facilities, machine, tools and equipment to run the program;

6.    Provide support and cooperation to the Trainers for conducting training and Carrier Counselling;

7.    Provide necessary support to conduct Formative and Summative Assessment related activities;

8.    Ensure certification to the competent trainees in time;

9.    Ensure smooth financial management in accordance with applicable law and SICIP financial manual. Share training progress report, monitoring compliance report, financial report on time.

10. Provide necessary support to the internal and external visitor, monitor and evaluator;

11. Ensure TMS activity such as enrollment, attendance, assessment, certification & job placement to Program Implementation Unit (PIU); 

12. Coordinate the Job placement initiative with relevant stakeholders;
