Must have prior experience in teaching Physics at HSC level.

Must have strong classroom management skills.
Must strictly maintain time and attendance.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply if confident in working long-term.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: Best Coaching – one of oldest academic coaching in Shonir Akhra, Jatrabari – is looking for talented stedents or fresh graduates of reputed public university (XUET, Public University, and Science and Technology University) who are experts in teaching Physics (and Chemisty sometimes) to HSC students.

Role Details
Part-time (Weekly 3 days – flexible based on your availability)
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
Teach HSC Physics with a strong focus on both Board Exams and University Admission Tests.
Cover theory, related math problems, board questions, and admission-oriented questions.
Ensure students understand lessons in a friendly and effective way.
Follow the syllabus of each chapter as provided by the coaching authority.
Prepare and provide high-quality notes to students.
Conduct tests, quizzes, and oral questioning to evaluate student progress.
Maintain discipline and follow the rules and regulations of the coaching center strictly.
Job Other Benifits:
Per Class (1 hour): 200 - 400 BDT (based on experience).
Monthly range: 36 - 48 classes (with potential for more, depending on availability).
Weekly 3 working days.
Weekly holiday on Friday.
You may choose any shift. Weekend: Friday
