Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic Sales & Student Counselors (Senior & Junior) to drive student enrollments and provide career guidance. The role involves handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, managing leads, and converting them into enrollments while ensuring a positive student experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students (in-person/phone) and recommend suitable IT courses
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, social media, walk-ins)
Follow up on leads and ensure conversion to enrollment
Achieve monthly enrollment targets
Maintain CRM/database with accurate records
Support seminars, fairs, and promotional events
(Senior Role) Mentor junior team members and support complex conversions
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Senior: 3–5 years experience (EdTech/IT training preferred)
Junior: 1–2 years experience in sales/customer service
Basic understanding of IT skills (Web, Digital Marketing, Design, etc.)
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (English & Bengali)
Persuasion and negotiation ability
Good organizational and CRM skills
