Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with IE technician to set up the standard operation and create folder or attachment when sewing the testing sample garment.
∎ Conduct training about new style for supervisor, Line leader and Utility operator when loading new style in the line
∎ Implement in line the standard operation and feed back to IE technician for motion improvement
∎ Assess the operator skill base on the AAMT system
∎ Follow up the production report to propose actions to solve the quality and efficiency problem in the line
∎ Reporting about operator’s efficiency and performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ High sewing skill for trainer in sewing process or
∎ High finishing skill for trainer in Finishing process
∎ Computer literate (Ms Office & Visio)
∎ Well command of English is preferable

Salary: Tk. 15 - 17 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
