∎ Design and conduct training assignments
∎ Develop/ contribute to proposal development for training / consultancy assignments
∎ Conduct/assist consultancy services (Evaluations, Project Management and Capacity strengthening for organizations)
∎ Build client base, establish networks and create linkages with relevant organizations.
∎ Support internal organizational development

Additional Requirements:
∎ (Working) experience with development /private sector
∎ (Preferred) experience in managing projects and portfolios
∎ Ability to work independently towards deadlines and targets, with the collective team approach
∎ Experience in conducting training and providing consultancy services
∎ Experience in carrying out evaluations
∎ Experience in enhancing business development of clients
∎ Experience in acquisition and business development
∎ Experience in building partnerships
