Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Community Awareness, Training Facilitation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct survey and training needs assessment of the host community in the working areas.
∎ Organize and conducting training, workshops, meetings and campaigns with the host community.
∎ Assist in preparing reports on the event of each training, workshop, meetings and campaigns and keep proper documentation.
∎ Develop the training materials, manuals and Peace Modules for school teachers in consultation with project coordinator and program officers.
∎ Establishing a system of documentation on participants in training courses and in monitoring the effects of training by follow up visits and discussions.
∎ Maintain contact with host community, selected youths and schools.
∎ Assist in planning, reviewing and monitoring day to day training activities, modifying program independently as and when necessary, and reporting the monitoring results to the Program Officer.
∎ Perform any other task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be from Local community (Cox's Bazar, Ukhia, Ramu and Teknaf)
∎ 3 years of professional experience in facilitating training courses and workshops
∎ Work on programs involving social cohesion, youth skill development
∎ Commitment to local capacity building for peace and the ability to engage local stakeholders in peace building process
∎ Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, problem solving, conflict and ethical management skills
∎ Knowledge on Conflict analysis such as "Dividing and Connecting factors" in the society wil be an added advantage
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
