∎ As a “Sales and Support Engineer”, you will play a vital role in driving our sales efforts and providing exceptional technical support to our customers.
∎ The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce and CMS platforms and be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that is revolutionizing the ecommerce industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for maintaining good customer relationships, actively responding to complaints and feedback, and providing good pre-sales/after-sales services.
∎ Identify potential clients and prepare potential client databases, understand their needs, and present technical solutions effectively.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, showcasing the features, benefits, and value of our products.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and insightful technical guidance to customers.
∎ Assist customers with technical inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction (Theme or existing widget Customization)
∎ Comfortable in Chrome Developer Tools (mainly for troubleshooting CSS, JS, and network issues).
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product development, to address customer requirements and provide feedback for product improvement.
∎ Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing packages and completing sales.
∎ Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
∎ Negotiate with clients, book appointments, attend meetings, discuss proposals, and perform demonstrations of the company’s products and services.
∎ Visit corporate clients frequently and respond to customers' telephone, mobile and email queries.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Freshers with strong understanding of ecommerce concepts, platforms, and technologies are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Male and Female both Can apply
∎ Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
∎ Knowledge of DOM Manipulation will be a plus.
∎ Technology sales experience, preferably B2B software or SaaS will get priority.
∎ The ability to relate technical information to non-technical customers.
∎ Extracurricular activities/skills are highly appreciated.
∎ Target-oriented with a can-do attitude.
