Additional Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Familiarity with social media platforms and messaging tools.
Basic knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets and CRM tools is a plus.
Polite, proactive, well-organized, and eager to learn and grow.
Responsibilities & Context:
Client Engagement & Support
Act as the first point of contact for clients via calls/chat through social media(WhatsApp, Messenger).
Provide product details, answer queries, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Ensure timely, professional, and empathetic client communication.
Sales & Marketing Support
Assist Sales Lead in lead tracking, proposal drafting, and report preparation.
Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and communication logs.
Marketing Operations
Support execution of campaigns (email, social media, event promotions).
Monitor client feedback from campaigns and share insights with the team.
Help create presentation materials, case studies, and basic marketing content.
