Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial production Engineer (IPE).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for production planning of 32 lines woven garments factory.
∎ Communicate with management & use personnel to develop production & design.
∎ Coordinate quality control objectives & activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
∎ Expertise of the industrial Engineering activities and run the department smoothly.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum work force.
∎ Develop manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis systems to promote efficient staff & facility
∎ Layout the machine by maintaining proper sequence of operation to ensure best workflow.
∎ Check all the SMV’s for costing before handing over to the merchandisers.
∎ Check the capability of the style during the order inquiry stage.
∎ Follow up the production & take necessary action for achievement.
∎ Skilled with Planning & IE for productivity improvement.
∎ Grade the operator for new or existing. Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
∎ Suggest easy ways of doing the sample to the sample room manager to make the style easy for the bulk.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Prepare garments cost & based on CPM.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production planning, Work study & IE
∎ Good technical & organizational skills required.
∎ Should have experience in the production, Inspection, Floor. Line Management, Production Management (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing).
∎ Applicants should have experience in the Garments Woven (Tops & Bottoms).
∎ Proficient in both written & spoken English.
∎ Team player with strong interpersonal & leadership ability. Good Communication Skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office suit especially in Excel, Internet & Email.
