Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming/outgoing goods.
Maintain accurate stock levels and support regular physical stock counts.
Perform daily store/warehouse activities, including storing, sorting, labeling, and safe stacking of materials.
Support dispatch operations by preparing goods, documentation, and coordinating with logistics for timely delivery.
Update inventory and dispatch data in ERP/system and maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
Coordinate with production, procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and organizational compliance standards.
Perform duties as per roster, including extended or shifting schedules based on operational needs.
Assist in continuous process improvement and report operational issues to the supervisor.
