Job Context:

∎ Role Importance:
∎ This position is essential for supporting and advancing our technology maintenance and service delivery, directly impacting Rivertel`s core operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with Technical Support to deliver exceptional customer service.
∎ Address client inquiries, channeling complex issues to appropriate teams.
∎ Drive revenue by onboarding new clients.
∎ Meet and exceed both individual and team performance goals.
∎ Participate in management-led training.
∎ Undertake various organizational tasks as needed.
∎ Engage in US-based marketing calls to boost client acquisition.
∎ Aim to improve customer retention by maintaining high service standards.
∎ Offer post-sales technical support and training to enhance customer experience.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in English for daily interactions with US teams and partners.
∎ Willingness to work night shifts.
∎ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced setting.
∎ General computer literacy and eagerness to learn new software.
∎ Familiarity with Google Suite (Meet, Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and MS Office.
∎ Experience working with startups will be considered an added advantage.

∎ Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000 - 35,000.
