Job Context: We are a leading manufacturing company actively engaged in the production of various basic chemicals, auxiliary chemicals, petrochemicals, and FMCG products. We are currently seeking dynamic and qualified Chemical Engineers to join our Chlor-Alkali and Hydrogen Peroxide Production Departments. The ideal candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective, and safe production of Chlor-Alkali and Hydrogen Peroxide products.

Duty Pattern: Rotational shifts (Day, Evening, and Night).

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform proper shift handover procedures with the outgoing shift engineer, including a detailed update on plant operations, and report to the Supervisor accordingly.

• Ensure that regeneration processes are carried out in accordance with standard protocols.

• Operate and monitor the polish filter system (including washing, pre-coating, etc.), ensuring differential pressure remains within standard parameters.

• Maintain regular communication with service departments (Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Store, Delivery, etc.) to meet production requirements.

• Supervise and guide process operators in their daily tasks while ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards.

• Monitor and ensure timely product delivery in alignment with sales demands.

• Identify and resolve process-related issues as and when required.

• Manage plant start-up and shutdown procedures and perform related operational tasks.

• Conduct routine and on-demand field visits for process monitoring and optimization.
