Additional Requirements:
  • Good understanding of, or strong interest in, legal concepts, principles, and terminologies.

  • Excellent research skill to gather relevant legal information from various online sources.

  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues, identify relevant precedents, and apply legal principles to real-life scenarios.

  • Ability to think analytically & logically, spot legal implications, and propose well-reasoned arguments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Adobe PDF Software.

  • Tech-savvy and open to adopting new technological initiatives for case and task management.

  • Ability to work under minimum remote supervision.

  • Own a laptop and smartphone with a reliable and fast internet connection.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of employment-based immigration petitions and applications.

  • Conduct research on various regulations and procedures related to employment-based immigration.

  • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.

  • Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure that all required documents are collected and filed in a timely manner.

  • Support attorneys and paralegals in preparing letters, affidavits, and other legal documents.

  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients and cases.

  • Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case management.

  • Writing mini blogs on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas in the USA.
