Responsibilities & Context:
  • Drafting Letters of Recommendation: Prepare persuasive and personalized Letters of Recommendation for EB2 NIW applicants based on their academic, professional, and personal achievements. Additionally, conducting research on various regulations and procedures related to employment-based immigration and monitoring changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients and cases.

  • Economic Impact Analysis: Research and compose detailed analyses that align applicants` contributions with U.S. national interests, emphasizing economic and societal benefits.

  • Client Research: Analyze client-provided data, credentials, and professional accomplishments to craft compelling narratives tailored to USCIS standards.

  • Attention to USCIS Requirements: Ensure all written materials meet the specific requirements and guidelines set by USCIS for EB2 NIW petitions.

  • Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with the case management team, attorneys, and clients to gather information, clarify details, and address feedback.

  • Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical excellence.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with legal and professional standards.

  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with AI-based tools, case management software, and Google Suite to streamline workflow and documentation.

  • Interpersonal and Client Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, verbally or through email, to clarify case requirements, obtain necessary information, and convey complex legal criteria in understandable terms.

  • Meeting and Note Taking: Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case management.
